This White Paper overviews the outcomes of the GISELA Project. For each of them it discusses:
- How it contributed to fulfill the project’s objectives to build a powerful sustainable Distributed Computing Infrastructure, able to enhance the scientific investigations of European – Latin American e-Science Collaborations;
- Which were the difficulties encountered, not always foreseen, and deduces the lessons learned that could be useful for similar projects.
